This past Saturday our garage door did not work, and I could not open it manually. I called around and got the typical, the next available appointment is Monday or Tuesday. The minute I called this company, the person that picked up ,understood my dire need and I can tell she cared and wanted to get me the help I needed. She called me back and had someone out to me within an hour. Super impressed with the level of care she displayed. Once out to my place Justin diagnosed the issue and attempted a few quick fixes. He was able to explain the situation clearly and also got my 2 cars out of the garage. While i ultimately went back to the company that originally did the work, as the parts were under warranty, i just wanted to give this company a real positive review and encourage others to use them.I later realized that I had used them in my past home in Carmel Valley.Highly recommend.

Justin and Tom are the best in class ! They install great garage doors. They are well priced. They show up when you have an issue. I own 5 retails stores that have garage door entrances. One of our garage doors broke just before closing. We couldnt get the door to shut(we didn’t maintain it properly). Justin and Tom showed up at 9 pm the same day I called and stayed until 12 am. They not only were able to get the door to shut but they fixed the door so it was fully functioning that same night. Thank you
